It’s been a privilege to have the opportunity to expand our business from Japan to UAE, and now to this amazing country, Saudi Arabia.
You never know where life will take you and I always say that we must trust the path and since a huge part of the path and the destiny is based on God’s grace, we better have faith in him. The other part is up to us and the way we decide to design our own destiny.
On this special day, for the celebration of the Saudi Arabia’s National day, I want to share my experience in the last two trips I had for our research and what I found impressive that caused me to be more motivated and excited about our expansion to Saudi much faster.
After traveling to more than forty major countries and teaching and coaching in the last twenty years, I can say the number one critical factor to move to a new country for me is its PEOPLE and how they think, behave, and their values and belief system. Here are some of what I saw from the people of Saudi that got my attention and these are important on my list when I want to make a decision about a nation.
People from Saudi Arabia are kind, generous, hospitable, welcoming, warm, genuine, spiritual, visionary, smart, educated, wealthy, honest, serious for doing business, decisive, hungry for personal development towards their growth and they actually really care about each other and care about our world. They are a hard working nation and these are extremely important code of conduct for me and our team.
On this special day, I want to congratulate the young generation in Saudi Arabia for having extraordinary leaders who can inspire you to become stronger, wiser, and better version of yourself. I am sure you will not take this opportunity for granted since I have seen with my own eyes how hard you are working to follow the path of your great leaders to make them proud.
As for us and our new business in Saudi, we are blessed and excited to introduce our leadership development program called SYL (Saudi Youth Leadership) which is the combination of six important pillars of empowering leadership. One of the pillars is; Public Speaking Skill for young leaders and we are certain that the Saudi youth will massively benefit from this skill since they need it now more than any other times in their history.
