Here we are at the end of 2022! With all of its ups and downs, successes and disappointments, it has been a remarkable journey. As leaders, you must take the time to assess what you’ve done well and what you can improve to learn from your experiences.
Reflection helps you stay grounded in challenging times by reminding you of all that you have achieved, despite the demands of this past year. It also helps build resilience, an essential trait for any leader who wants to succeed in their role. Reflection is a great basis for the year ahead and to be ready with a new or improved vision and goals

- What was the biggest challenge I overcame?
- What were some of the distractions?
- What are some of the goals that I wasn’t able to achieve?
- Who are the people that helped me, who do I need to acknowledge?
- What are some of the things I am most proud of?
