Success Without Happiness is Failure

by Coach Kardan

Is it that happy people are more likely to find success, or is it that being successful makes people happier? We all want to be happy. Happiness is a process of discovery, and it all starts with individuals being committed to their happiness rather than sacrificing themselves for others’ needs or desires. So, yes, happy people start with themselves and build inner peace that leads them to be grateful and happy. It’s no secret that happy people tend to be more successful. But what is the relationship between happiness and success? Let’s look at the connection between these two important life factors.

Psychological studies have shown that happy people are more productive. In one study, researchers found that when employees were given a chance to increase their level of satisfaction with their job, they also saw a significant increase in productivity. Another study found that employees who reported higher happiness levels had stronger relationships with their colleagues and managers and were more engaged with their work. A survey of 100 CEOs found that the happiest CEOs were also the most successful ones. They had larger companies, more employees, and higher revenues than their less-happy peers.

To know more about successful people, we need to understand and study what they do. There are some common things that can be found in their stories. First, They are passionate about what they do. In other words, they are emotionally engaged in what they do and enjoy the process itself. True investment is found in their work or their life. Shared qualities and values are risk-taking, bravery, and confidence. Finally, successful people are usually masters at networking. They build strong relationships with people around them and know how to leverage those relationships to achieve their goals.

So, what does all this research tell us? Happiness and success go hand in hand. If you want to succeed in your career, focus on being happy at work and in your personal life. Not only will you see an increase in your satisfaction and productivity levels, but your team will also benefit. People now prioritize their happiness more than ever, knowing it is the best way to fulfillment and satisfaction.

Feeling happy and achieving success takes hard work, dedication, and resilience. However, it’s not impossible. If you have a clear vision for what you want to achieve and are willing to put in the effort, you will eventually succeed. So don’t give up on your dreams. Keep working towards them, and one day they will become a reality. Love what you do, acknowledge, and be grateful for all the blessings you enjoy currently.
