Confidence is Contagious

by Fatma Altamimi

Many people are terrified of public speaking and most people get some level of anxiety before standing in front of people. Even top leaders and famous speakers may have stage fright before a speech or presentation. Everyone struggles with confidence at some point in their life.

One of the most beneficial outcomes from coaching is that your self-confidence will improve massively. Speaking is something we all do every day, whether that be at work, in front of a large audience, or for pleasure with simple casual conversations amongst friends and family.

The training program will not only develop your communication skills and confidence level, but you will begin to feel excited about future speaking opportunities.

And here is the magic – people will see the excitement in you too!

You will soon realize that confidence is contagious and attractive! Not only does a speaker with confidence appear attractive, but the speaker will gain more credibility on the subject matter and will seem more of an authority on the topic. When confidence is exuding from the speaker, the audience will receive this energy and will also feel inspired and feel confident as well.

Like a muscle, confidence can be built with practice and training. Confidence isn’t necessary what you are born with but an attribute which can be improved on.

If you feel that you need to build your confidence, especially in front of a crowd, our public speaking program might be the right fit for you.

We offer private or group coaching depending on your needs at Step Up International, led by Public Speaking training expert COACH KARDAN. Please visit our website to see which program is best suited for you.

You can drop us a message with any questions anytime and it would be a pleasure to serve you.
