Charisma and Charm

by Coach Kardan

Charisma is presence. It’s magnetism and charm. Charisma is a positive physical, psychological & emotional energy. It’s a spiritual power or personal quality that gives an individual influence or authority over large groups of people. Charisma is hard to define, but we all know someone who is charismatic. This leadership charisma can be developed through practice, but it’s always there waiting for someone who has enough confidence in themselves to use it for purpose.

Charismatic people are not only confident and self-assured, but they also know how to communicate with others effectively. They positively impact those around them through their words or actions because of the energy that flows from them like an invisible force field.

It does not require a considerable effort to be charismatic; you might be one without realizing it. To understand what being charismatic means, kindly read the below and do the following:

On a scale of 0-10 (10 being the highest), rate yourself on the following 5 statements:

I am someone who:

  1. Has the ability to influence people.
  2. Knows how to lead a group when needed.
  3. Makes people feel comfortable.
  4. Often smiles at people.
  5. Can get along with most people on the first encounter.

Also, you can think about a few questions to understand what being charismatic means to you. For example, Do you consider yourself a charismatic communicator? Is it possible to influence more people by being more charismatic? Is it important for you as a speaker, influencer, or leader to have charisma and charm in their communication to succeed?

Being a charismatic leader will result in better team performance and success. If you want to hire us for 1-to-1 coaching you can visit our website:
