Salwa Al Obeidli is an Emirati entrepreneur and a philanthropist. She is the founder of Ruh by Soulace, a wellness and life coaching company with over 500 hours of training, and obtained the International Coaching Federation certification. She has always been passionate about a holistic approach to life, connecting the body, mind, and soul. She is integrating modern mindfulness, meditation, and nutrition. She has worked with top executives within the government and semi-private sectors for over 12 years in events, marketing, public relations, and project management in the United Arab Emirates, supporting them under the different pressures of the industry from achieving personal, company, or life goals. Salwa Al Obeidli also worked with minority communities. She realized that her destiny was going beyond the realm of coaching and focusing on an interactive approach to the transformative journey itself. More than that, she believes in the power of the mind, hence advocating self-mastery through the transfer of knowledge. Undoubtedly she believes the youth are the greatest agents of change for the betterment of the world. Salwa underwent several educational materials and training for youth empowerment and building capacity to develop an acute sense of justice and service to the world.
