NOUF OMAR

Nouf Omar is the first professional speaker in the United Arab Emirates certified by Coach Kardan under Step Up International. She is the youngest Emirati female pilot and one of the first 10 Emirati female pilots in Emirates airlines. She’s flown the Boeing 777 to more than 60 destinations all around the world. Nouf started following her dream at the age of 17, where she was committed to serving her country through aviation. She’s an example of possibilities for other young Emiratis with big dreams and goals. Nouf is a passionate speaker; her story always inspires people to strive for greater achievements.

She has spoken to audiences in prestigious universities and schools around the UAE. She’s a mentor and coach to the Emirates youth leadership certification program members. Nouf has high standards, always strives for the best, and is remarkable at motivating others to do their best.

Besides aviation and professional speaking, she’s also an entrepreneur who’s building a successful chocolate business in Dubai.
