Lamya alaydaroos

As a public speaker nominated to deliver speaking events at her organization, Lamya succeeded in delivering fun yet impactful speeches. Her commitment to a new journey full of learning and sharing knowledge by taking public speaking courses to fulfill her purpose as a guide to other ambitious young leaders. Lamya is an inspirational young Emirati who started working with EXPO 2020 Dubai 3 years ago and managed to level up her growth until she became the Operations Manager. She spent 4 years in Operations, where she mastered her communication, networking, and coordination skills. Leading a team of 400 individuals has set an example of dedication and leadership that young Emiratis can only aspire to follow. She has proved that Emirati youth can achieve anything.

Lamya is proud to be the first Emirati in her field of high-access heavy machinery. She is a leading expert in her field and has helped pave the path for other Emirati women. Lamya is managing the complex cleaning operations of all Expo’s structures above 3 meters, such as the iconic Al Wasl Dome and Expo Portals.

She gained her Bachelor of Science in General Biology in 2018. When it comes to her personal life, she has accomplished a lot as well as her passions in fitness and aerial arts as she works as an instructor in a fitness studio in Dubai.
