Glenys Henry

Glenys Henry is an educational expert and international professional who has spent 15 years working in the Middle East. Her workshops and coaching have helped people communicate better, lead teams more effectively, and achieve success in the workplace. She is an expert at designing training programs tailored for different audiences with many topics, including leadership skillsets and team-building exercises, and she has coached over 350 individual clients. She created over 100 presentations focused on these skillsets, which allowed her cleverly to break down complex concepts into something genuinely manageable.

Glenys established a training program for pre-service Emirati teachers at Higher Colleges of Technology and designed and delivered the MA Education Coaching at Middlesex University Dubai. She has trained the staff of various organizations, including Al Ahli Bank, where she delivered customer service and communication skills training. During her time in Saudi Arabia, she successfully managed a large team of educators at Princess Nourah University and ensured they communicated effectively and efficiently. Her research has incredibly impacted coaching in this region, and she's supervised it from start to finish. As a result of her dedication, we now have school-based coaching research that is groundbreaking for others to model across the Middle East. Currently, Glenys is delivering an outstanding leadership and coaching skills program to educators in New Zealand and internationally. Leaders who have been through the training noticed an improvement in their relationships with co-workers. They also had greater empowerment and inclusion for all members within their work environments.
