Fatima is a certified coach and corporate trainer in “SEHA”. And a recipient of several awards on the personal and institutional level in the field of customer happiness and excellence projects, specializing in improving customer services and managing complaints. She volunteered in many initiatives within the society. Besides public speaking, training, coaching, and outstanding professional customer service, she also cares about those with many life challenges. She assists them in achieving their goals by transforming the challenges into opportunities.
Fatima Al Shebli works in the Quality Department at the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company “SEHA” in Al Ain. In 2009, she joined Al Ain Hospital and joined their team. During her time there, this young woman has shown her dedication to her work and profession, accomplishing many milestones because of her hard work. In 2006 she worked at the United Arab Emirate University in the Libraries deanship. She holds an MBA in Public Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information systems, a professional diploma in healthcare management, and a diploma in Library and Information Technology from the Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE.
