Fairouza Almarzouqi

Fairouza is an experienced Human Capital professional with more than 23 years of expertise in areas of Talent Management, Human Resources strategies, policies, systems, personnel management, conflict management, project management, and UAE national development.

Throughout her career journey, she has helped UAE nationals avoid roadblocks and pitfalls to unlock their potential and created transformational change to optimize their growth journey. Fairouza has always placed significant importance on developing UAE Nationals to prepare qualified, skilled, and competent future industry leaders.
