Dr. Rusul is the Managing Director of a group of companies. She is a strong and dedicated life, relationships, and professional team coach, an influencer and an Entrepreneur. She can speak both Arabic and English fluently to deliver her messages. As a self-help and motivational author, she is a specialist in positivity and happiness, known widely as Dr. of happiness. Dr. Rusul has been known in the coaching field since 2014. She has presented more than 30 lectures in the government and private sectors. Also, she had more than 500 life coaching private sessions under the name of “Happiness Sessions.” Some of her presented lectures were at the government communication forum in 2016 and in the UAE Ministry of Justice. In 2017 she Launched the happiness festival in Dubai, which attracted more than 3000 visitors. It lasted for a month with many activities, including the happiness ship, sailing daily in Khor Dubai full of people, and it was a volunteer project. It provided daily lectures about self-development, where more than 30 coaches attended the festival.

Dr. Rusul used her coaching resources with her personal and professional experience. She is well known for being creative and responsible for creating a safe environment for her clients to increase their knowledge and help them step through that transformation. The most noticeable award received was the Leadership award by the International Human Rights Commission in New York for mentoring, promoting happiness to people, supporting entrepreneurship through workshops, individual sessions, and for her efforts to empower Muslim women worldwide. Also, she is the official voice of the Arab Women Authority. With every day that passes by, she is even more convinced that this was her call during her time in this life, unlocking her true potential and helping the growth of people that cross the road with her on this lovely place called earth. Besides her work in coaching, she holds a bachelor’s degree in dental surgery.
