We are looking for a highly motivated, skillful and experienced operation manager who has a successful track record and experience to fill a full-time position as an operation manager with a monthly salary that ranges from AED10,000 - AED30,000 plus commission.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Leading and managing the team in an empowering yet direct way without wasting time.
• Evaluation and reviewing the scorecards of all the employees daily and weekly.
• Effective communication with the team and making sure that everyone is playing above level 8.
• Achieve and produce measureable results for monthly & weekly sales goals.
• Use innovation and prepare to answer various questions that might come up from the team.
• Set up daily team meetings twice a day in the beginning and the end of each shift.
• Constant communication with the CEO and delivering his vision to the team.
• Support the human resource team in the process of hiring.
• Powerful presentation skills and the ability to influence.
• Daily communication with the sales, marketing, IT and customer service departments.
• Planning for achieving the weekly, monthly and yearly goals of the company.
• Sell 1-1 training packages and corporate coaching packages to local and international clients.
Qualifications and Competencies
• Outstanding communication skills both spoken and written.
• Advanced writing and speaking skills in English and/or Arabic.
• TOEFL IBT score of 80 and above, PBT score of 550, IELTS not less the 6.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management.
• Bachlors degree or an equivalent.
• A good understanding of personal development and coaching industry.
