We are looking for a bright and positive personality who enjoys serving people and holds excellent communication skills both spoken and written, to fill a full-time position as a community manager with a monthly salary that ranges from AED7,000 - AED20,000.
Roles and Responsibilities
Connect with customers and understand their needs, desires and goals.
Manage emails and phone communication on a daily basis.
Commitment to meet deadlines and produce outstanding results.
Categorize clients to different categories depending on their needs.
Communicate with the CEO and key members for the next 90 days upcoming plans and changes.
Invite customers to live events and follow up with them after each event.
Qualifications and Competencies
Outstanding communication skills both spoken and written.
Advanced writing and speaking skills in English and/or Arabic.
TOEFL IBT score of 80 and above, PBT score of 550, IELTS not less the 6.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
Bachelors degree or an equivalent.
NLP practitioner or master practitioner (Optional).
A good understanding of personal development and coaching industry.
